The student  who do not make tuition fee payment within the deadlines of the academic calendar will not be able to take advantage of their student rights (For example, they will not be able to submit thesis monitoring committee reports, will not get student certificates or will not get leave of absence even if they have viable excuse, etc.). The students will not be able to make tution fee payment outside the deadlines of the academic calendar.
