Note: The MSc. Students who are to register for 2019-2020 Academic Year Fall Semester Ph.D. programs must apply for graduation during Spring Semester 2 (April 1st-7th, 2019). The students who apply for graduation during Spring Semester 3 (May 20th-June 9th, 2019) will not be able to register for Ph.D. programs in the event that they qualify for registration!
