NOTE: Evening Classes Non-Thesis Master's Programs are announced to inform in advance. Applications for Evening Classes Non-Thesis Master's Programs are going to be done on 11 - 22 January 2016 . Online Application System is not open for Evening Classes Non-Thesis Master's Program applications for the time being. Click here for the related calendar.
-APPLICATION
-
-Master’s degree candidates can apply to two programs; whereas, doctoral degree candidates can apply to only one program.
- -After the application period, the applications are goiıng to be checked and approved by the institute.
-
-Candidates do not have to come to the institute for the approval of their application.
-Please submit a valid and updated email address and telephone number. You will be communicated via that information throughout your education here.
-ENTRANCE EXAM
-The candidates whose applications have been approved must take the entrance exam (oral, written or both), which is related to the field of the program, in the department on the date and time to be announced.
-A candidate who does not take the entrance exam will be considered unsuccessful.
Evaluations parameters are as follows:
-Master's (with thesis)/ Doctorate Programs:
General Passing Grade= 0.25 * Entrance Exam Grade + 0.25 * CGPA of BSc/MSc + 0.50 * ALES/GRE Score
-Non-Thesis Master's Programs:
General Passing Grade= 0.80 * ALES/GRE Score + 0.20* CGPA of Bachelor's
For a candidate to be successful; their general paasing grade is required to be; minimum 50 for non-thesis master's programs, minimum 60 (out of 100) for master's programs (with thesis) and minimum 70 (out of 100) for doctorate programs.
-IMPORTANT
- -You must submit your test scores accurately with the fractions. The applications of candidates who submit inaccurate score will be cancelled.
- -The applications of candidates who submit a GPA out of 100% although the grading system of their university is out of 4, and even if both are given by the university, will be cancelled.

-For the entrance exam on 11-13 January 2016;
-
you must bring your Online application form, transcript and ALES (GRE) score and submit them to the examination committee. (Candidates who will apply to the non-thesis prgorams are not going to take an entrance exam. Therefore, they must submit these documents to the institute during registration.)
- -The application will be cancelled if the required documents are not submitted in the registration or if the information given and the information on the document do not match. Therefore, please do not submit a predicted or a rough score.
